How To Install Avant Window Navigator In Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal

<div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Avant Window Navigator, a very popular dock a while back, has been deleted from the official Ubuntu 12.10 repositories, so to make it easier to install, I've uploaded it to the main WebUpd8 PPA.</b><br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://netupd8.com/w8img2/avant-window-navigator.png"><img alt="Avant Window Navigator" src="http://netupd8.com/w8img2/avant-window-navigator_thumb.png" /></a></div><br /><a name='more'></a>Please note though, that since AWN hasn't been updated in a long time, some applets won't work!</div><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">Although the application isn't used as much as a few years ago, it's can still be useful on various desktop environments / shells like GNOME Shell, Xfce, GNOME fallback session and so on.
