Install OpenJDK Patched With Font Fixes [Ubuntu PPA]

<div style="text-align: justify;">While working on the <a href="http://www.webupd8.org/2013/06/better-font-rendering-in-linux-with.html" title="Better Font Rendering In Linux With Infinality">Infinality</a> article, I've noticed that "<i>slow</i>", who is behind the Infinality PPA for Ubuntu, maintains another <b>PPA for OpenJDK7 which comes with a patch that improves the font rendering for Java / Swing applications in Linux</b>.</div><br /><a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">Using this patched OpenJDK, the font rendering for Java / Swing applications should look almost native - take a look at these IntelliJ IDEA screenshots (<b>make sure you check out the images in full size</b> - 100% zoom -, or else they will look blurry):</div><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; Oracle (Sun) Java 6 Installer Available For Ubuntu And Debian Users [PPA]

<div style="text-align: justify;">As you know, we maintain a PPA repository which hosts Oracle Java 7 and 8 installers for Ubuntu and Debian users. Install Oracle Java 8 In Ubuntu VIa PPA [JDK8]

<div style="text-align: justify;">Oracle Java 8 is expected in summer 2013, but there are some <a href="http://jdk8.java.net/download.html">early access builds</a> available for download already. I've got a request to upload it to the WebUpd8 Java PPA, and I did so you can now easily install Oracle JDK 8 (includes JRE 8) in Ubuntu / Debian and derivatives.</div><br /><a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: justify;">Oracle Java 8 should only be used for testing purposes and/or by developers. Since this is a preview release, you'll encounter bugs!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">As a reminder, the WebUpd8 Java PPA doesn't include any Java binaries, just a script that automatically downloads and install Oracle Java.
