Nokia launches Lumia 928 in United States
After a slew leaked ads and images ,Nokia has now officially announced the Lumia 928 in United States . The phone will run on the Verizon Network . There will also be a international version unveiled of Lumia 928 on May 14 .
While the name of final spec of the international version of Lumia 928 is still unknown . However there will not be major changes from what the US market is expecting except for LTE support . Nokia makes a big deal of what it calls the ‘Infinity Display’ which is basically jargon for an edge- to-edge almost bezel-less AMOLED panel on the device. Actually, use of AMOLED technology for the display is one of the changes from the Lumia 920 design as this device uses a 4.5-inch 720p AMOLED display instead of a ClearBlack HD+ IPS panel.
Internally the Specs are same as Lumia 920 .ItI Includes the Dual - Core 1.2 Qualcomm Snapdragon Plus Processor , Ram Of 1GB , Internal Memory of 32 GB and a 2000 mAh battery with wireless charging support through Qi Standard .
The Phone Sports a 8.7 Megapixel pureview camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization ) and a f/2.0 aperture . But there is a upgrade in the Flash . The Device now sports a Xenon Flash instead of LED Flash of Lumia 920 . Additionally, the Lumia smartphone with a 41-megapixel PureView camera is also expected be launched by July.
